Thanks Captain Coffee i think i am clearly the worst speller here, just look at my sig!
Also guys. i want your opinions on the map, im happy to discuss it becuase i feel i have an unfair advantage cause i made the map.
i have included the worldbuilder file, i will probably post this up in apolyton and link to here (its a 5 player scenario)
couple of points worth noting. you can ignore freely.
1. noone starts with settlers or workers, consider that when you decide what to do about that center oasis, plus will take 2 culture expansions to incorperate all the forts (on quick speed this wont be long ~3 turns if you set city to build culture)
2. while the player islands are well built up. the cities dont have as many buildings as a normal city would if the game start was ancient and we played to the current time period. this is where you will find most improvements, the trade off is that you wont be building units then!
there my two main thoughts thus far.
