Kind of the same thing here. I bought it a while back but never really played it that much as my PC wasn't really up to it & I had I think, bought WoW the same day.

I've left it for now until I upgrade my PC in the next couple of months. Looked pretty good though. Gfx are superb.

i have the game, (i bought it retail)

tho ive not played it much becuase its slightly too much for my current rig, am in process of upgrading so i will be going back to it, it requires a very good system and gfx card.

playability, its good, better than X2 from memory tho not a massive improvement. i know nothing of the mulitplayer in it.

X3 on steam.

I noticed that X3 is available on steam, its a game I had intended to get when it came out but since the retail (CD) version comes with starforce I let it pass. So anyone played it and is it worth getting or is it a bit old in the tooth at this stage ?
