Anyone getting Age of Conan ?

Just wondering if anyone here is thinking of getting the age of conan once its released ?
Its the one mmorpg I've been looking out for some time now.

Yeah I'm going to get it. Aside from the NTL connection issues (which I hope don't affect AOC) I just couldn't get in to LOTRO. It was just WoW all over again with all the same things included that drove me away from WoW.

I hope this is different. I'd love to play a mmorpg that grips me in the same way wow did when I first played it.

Excellent then I shall be seeing you in it as well.

Although like a crazy man I'm going to try keep on going with lotro as I still like my warg as frustrating as it is to play, plus I really want to level my captain. The nice thing about the lifetime sub is not really having to worry about getting 'value' from it since I've now past the year mark so its paid for :)

On the NTL issue have you tried the solution blister found and posted on the boards.ie forum which is to change the engine speed in options->troubleshooting to medium ? Seems to have fixed it for another NTL user.

I just saw that solution the other day but I've yet to try it.

I also think having the lifetime subscription thing meant I knew I wasn't wasting money as such by not playing.

I really hope AoC is something different.
