Its a historical RPG in that its set in medieval times but doesn't feature magic, so no +7 mystical swords of yezzbod to acquire.
Coupled to the single game there's a multi-player section, so we get to ride around on your trusty steed skewering people with your pointy stick. Its surprisingly fun.
