Civ 5 - Steam

If you bought Civ 5 on steam and the pre-load complete message is just taunting you, do this:

1. join anonymitynetwork.com
2. Connect using a US server thingy
3. decrypt
4. ...
5. Profit!

saw max on steam friends playing Civ 5.
