People of the World,

For these past years, our honest tradesmen and farmers have been living in fear of a Roman aggression they little understand. Barberous and Godless, the Romans have shown a disregard for the personal space of our peaceloving people, encroaching on our island in manner likely to cause offence.

Upon consultation with our moustachioed elders, we have decided it is in every honest nation's duty to face up to tyranny wherever it manifests itself and strike true at the heart of evil.

Consequently, we have taken the first step in ridding our lands of the invaders. We are confident Caesar's people, deprived and living in sin as they are, will rise up and welcome our axemen as liberators.

His Moustachioedness has appointed Field Marshal de Villefort, (a.k.a La Victoire) to lead the troops.
