Quake IV - Change to Q4Max

Killy has gotten the Quake4 server on games4.iol.ie changed over to Q4Max which seems to be a more rounded beast than the x-battle was.
If you've issues with this change he's the man to complain to :)

- Additional maps on games4.
You will need this set of maps in order to connect to the server. Just extract them to your q4base directory.
