I hereby give notice of my intention to go on indefinite gardening leave. This has nothing to do with any failed coup, or our dictators surprisingly death resistant constitution.

My bags are packed and theres a pig drawn carriage waiting for me outside. Rumours have it there exist taller, more mobile and less rotund animals for this purpose. The mustachioed people pay no attention to such tall tales.

The dictator will announce himself shortly.

It's true, I have returned. and I shall remain in command for the foreseeable future.

My PM has done a stirling job and has been given a generous "golden handshake". As we lack real gold, we use pigs urine, rich in nitrates. A spoon a day helps to prolong life.
