A scout unit recently came upon land belonging to the weak leader [size=9px]Tokugawa.[/size] Our great leader Montezuma was insulted that his people could not freely walk across this land without declaring war!!! So be it, [size=18px]WAR[/size] it is. Our warrior units are now converging on this poor excuse for a city to destroy the Japanese civilisation.

Other leaders be warned, Montezumaâ€™s people go where they please.

Ha! Baka! With the mud yet to dry on his people's huts, Montezuma-san is already driving his civilization to war! I laugh at an act of such desperation, weakness and downright foolishness!

Let it not be forgotten Montezuma-san that your Scout unit was at the mercy of my Warriors, yet I let them pass as a sign of peace and goodwill! Rescind your mindless ways or face the unrestrained might of the Japanese Shogunate!

Very well, a ceasefire has been offered, and then accepted by Tokugawa.

Be aware that my military advisor has been diced into several pieces.

...oh so it wasn't a ploy? Heh. I dunno, I thought we'd accepted the cease fire last turn, but the last turn I got we were still at war so I reckoned you declared war again. :?

I sent another cease fire offer anyway...after taking out your scout unit... :) Communication breakdown!
