This attack, no, this act of piracy on my convoy of hospital ships and cargo vessels containing baby milk and 2nd hand soft toys for orphans will not go unpunished. Piracy in itself is despicable, but state sponsered piracy is the cancer that eats at the very fabric of our civilised world.
