BTS Patch Released

The new BTS patch v3.13 is out. It weighs in at a hefty 121mb which I can't download until Wednesday earliest, when I'll reach a hotel that will hopefully have some exorbitant wifi for sale. We could wait til then perhaps?

If people are desperate to have the latest and greatest, I can gets somebody to play my turns in the meantime. It will probably require the game admins (Rev and Nog) to clear admin password, save game, patch game, reload save, reset admin password.

The patch introduces many important gameplay changes, especially in regards maintenance and inflation, a full list of changes is this thread

Oh and:

There's a good chance this patch won't work with Direct2Drive or Steam versions, they usually release a separate patch. If somebody has such a version, they'll be stuck on old version... I think anyway. :-\

I don't think anyone is using the steam version anymore (only one was justice but he recently changed over to the disc version). I'm happy to hold off updating plus justice is away until sunday night so wouldn't be doing his turns until then.

I'm DLing patch... I think we should upgrade when the game admin plays their next turn (in case they need to do any of that nasty admin password / protected assets crap)

I suggest we just update once you're ready.
It would be a pain having one game patched and the other not. Might as well bite the bullet. Give us a shout when you've done it and we'll take it changed from that point.

Corpos strengthend, seems like AI has been confused though according to civfanatics forums, but that wont affect us.
