I reserve the right to carry on complaining.
In fact, this article brought home to me just how crap our HSE is. If some Ukrainian nutter with a Bosch drill is excising brain tumours, it appears successfully on occasion, surely we can manage a bit better.
The funniest thing, is that the Ukrainian guy's name is Igor, and he follows some eccentric "brain surgeon/DIY enthusiast" about helping with his experiments...
"they said I was mad to operate with a black and decker...but I'll show them... I'LL SHOW THEM ALL!!! MWAHAHAHA".
