Empire: Total War

Post by Rev Hellfire »

I've noticed that Empire: Total War is on sale for €25 / €30 on steam depending on which version you get, what with it been fathers days and all this weekend I'm tempted to treat myself.

So what I'm wondering is, is it possible to do a pbem campaign on it. I recall that was meant to be in the initial release but was left out, though I have seen some posts on other forums where people have setup pbem games.
Also just how buggy is it ? I see there's a patch due out on the 22nd for it.

Nope.

They are planning on adding MP campaign map in a patch but I doubt it will be PBEM option, I think it will be 2 player only too.

oh and that patch on the 22nd will add the units from the special edition to the regualar edition game, so don't pay extra if you're buying it.
