Server changes

I've updated the server list with what is actually installed and where.

The main changes are:

Quake III server added to games2.iol.ie
Scorched 3D server added to games1.iol.ie
Multi Theft Auto : San Andreas server running on games4.iol.ie

eeek Ruddy Quake replacing siege :(

Actually we'll risk it for a biscuit and see how we go with the siege server running as well.

If it looks like it tto much for the box we can pull a bf1942 server of your choice. Cannt say fairer than that :)

Best thing i can suggest to do is set the Siege at 20slots for now to keep it down, maybe set PoP down to 26 slots or something so theres three smaller servers running instead of three large ones. Just an idea anyway, and rev sometimes i think i love you :D
