The 54 sins of TSR - Slaying the Dragon

The book "Slaying the Dragon" by Ben Riggs gives an account of the managerial chaos that led to the downfall of TSR, Inc., the legendary publisher behind Dungeons & Dragons. The book explores the critical mistakes in leadership, poor strategic choices, and financial mismanagement that doomed the company in the 1990s.

The following video gives a summary of the mismanagement of TSR as recounted in "Slaying the Dragon".
What's interesting the parallels which can be drawn between then and Wizards of the Coast now.
